BRIC stands for Buying-Renter Investment Credit. Think of it as a digital token that represents your share of equity in the home. Every home in our program is divided into 10,000 BRICs, making it easy to track your growing investment.

A BRIC’s value is tied directly to the home's market value. For example, if you choose a home valued at $400,000, each of the 10,000 BRICs is worth exactly $40. As the home's value changes, so does the value of your BRICs. Your personal Rhome2own account tracks how many BRICs you own.

You accumulate BRICs in two powerful ways:
Monthly Contribution: Each month, you contribute a small amount (usually around 10%) on top of your rent. This money isn't a fee—it directly buys BRICs for you, building your ownership stake.
Investment Returns: This is the game-changer. The BRICs you already own generate an investment return every month. That return is automatically reinvested to buy you even more BRICs. This compounding effect helps your equity grow much faster.

Absolutely not. This is the core benefit of Rhome2own's flexibility. Unlike traditional rent-to-own programs where you lose your down payment, your BRICs are yours. If you decide not to buy the home, you have options:
Cash-Out: Sell your BRICs and receive their cash value.
Hold as an Investment: Keep your BRICs as an investment in the property.

Rhome2own does not require a traditional security deposit or down payment. Instead, our program requires an initial investment contribution upon signing your agreement. This contribution is used to purchase Buying-Renter Investment Credits (BRICs) equivalent in value to two months of rent.
This initial BRIC portfolio serves as both the foundation for your investment and as security during the lease term. In the event of property damage or a missed rent payment, Rhome2own will liquidate a sufficient number of your BRICs to cover the expense, in accordance with your rental agreement.
